“I lived in Albuquerque for years so I was able to buy good red and green chili when I wanted. It’s harder to buy good chili where I live now. My family uses red and green chili daily!! I thought I would try The Hatch Chili Store and was very pleased. I ordered green chili pods and several of the red and green chili sauces and salsas. Some for myself and some for gifts. Everyone LOVES these products. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is due to the cost. It’s worth it but it is expensive and not everyone can afford it.”

“Good morning everyone at the hatch chile store, the sauces that I purchased are fantastic the tortillas as great as they tasted we're slightly damaged was not able to use them to make tacos or enchiladas or tostadas some of them I lightly steamed to use as breakfast wraps, also found out that they make great chips in my air fryer even though the tortillas were damaged I would definitely try to order them again hopefully they would be hole so I can use them for cooking thank you for reaching out and asking for a review I will definitely shop with your store again have a great day everyone sincerely Dale.”

“Your chile is a solid 5. My reason for a 3 and 3/4 is not all flavors were available, medium or medium hot - chopped. I understand we are still coming out of a pandemic and help don't want to work. I missed the old days.”

“I had been using green chiles from The Hatch Chile Store to cook my way through the Covid lockdowns. I have tried at least a dozen recipes ranging from green chile lasagna, green chile meatloaf, and even a green chile venison backstrap in the slow cooker. As things are loosening up I do not plan to stop.”

“Now that I live far away from Hatch chile country, I can still easily get my chile fix delivered to my door. I bake from my home and used Hatch chiles until I moved from Colorado back to Florida. Nothing tastes quite like them in a scone or savory bread. Now I can introduce my new neighborhood to Hatch chiles! And it's so easy to order.”

“We have had good chilis in the past so we ordered 10 lbs of skinned and chopped green chilis in the fall of 2020. We added some to a dish and there was a bunch of hard pieces that were the green chilis. We have tried two additional packages with the same result. We have not opened the other packages because we do not want to ruin our food. I responded to an e-mail from Hatch Chili last year but never got a reply, maybe you didn't receive it. We do not want to order any more now because we do not want the same result. Thank you, Darren and Lori Fincher”

“Sorry to say but I was not happy with the rellenos. I wanted to like them! I was so happy to see that I could buy chile rellenos online. I prepared one immediately after I received them and the flavor was Ok but the chile was tough. I could not cut through it with a fork and even a knife had a difficult time. It was hard to chew also. I threw the rest of that one out. A few weeks later I thought I better give it another try since I have 11 more in the freezer. Same results. Threw that one and the rest of them in the garbage. I wished they were great. I would have been a customer for a long time.”
