“I ordered the hot Hatch frozen chiles. They came in 1 lb packages. They were packed in dry ice and were completely frozen when they arrived. I used some yesterday and they were so good! I love the convenience of having them ready to go. I live in the midwest so they are hard to find in this area. Definitely great service and a great product!!”

“The chilis were so easy to order via the easy to use website, and being packaged in small batches is just perfect! They arrived 7 days from the date I ordered them. The chilis themselves are terrific, so I add them to most everything. Makes me miss life in NM just a wee bit less! Thank you!!”

“I sent my mom a chimichanga & tamale package (plus green chile) after she had surgery. the chimis were pretty unfilled which was disappointing, bt she enjoyed the tamales and the green chile will be eaten later”

“We love the Hatch chile. This year we couldn’t specify whether we wanted mild or hot. We usually get both but took our chances and the Chile was very mild. Also, I would love it if you had an organic option. But, I love the Chile. Nothing compares to te flavor.”
