“I ordered whole hot green chilies and got diced! I called to let them know and they told me I ordered diced I’ve been ordering from a company for 25 years and I’ve never ordered diced! I love your company but I think there’s something you could’ve done just my feelings”

“The products are incredible, I was roasting the peppers myself. The jars are pretty tasty, wish it had a little more smoke flavor. The Mamma’s salsa I thoroughly enjoy.”

“I placed my first order of chiles last year and…. they didn’t last nearly as long as I expected them to! They’re AWESOME! This year I'm getting twice as much in a slightly hotter form. I also bought the green chile powder last year, which I’ve just finished, but haven’t had a chance to try the red powder I bought this year.”

“I grew up eating Hatch chilies so I have a little experience with the flavor of the authentic Hatch Chilies. The Hatch Chile store was a great find on the web and their service and selection is outstanding. Sometimes it is difficult to find Hatch chiles but the Hatch Chile store has a great supply of the chiles. We have ordered three times and found the delivery to be timely and the chilies fresh and very tasty. We recommended the Hatch Chile store to my sister, who also placed several orders. I will definitely order more from the Hatch Chile Store.”

“Easy to order from Great selection of everything We bought the Christmas tamale pack and the Chile rellenos .. the tamales were good but the Chile rellenos were out of this world .. I grilled them on maple planks and topped them with Hatch green and red sauce with crema mexicana … amazing”

“This is the first time I’ve had an authentic tamale from Hatch that was wrapped in parchment paper instead of real corn husk. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering again. Your high rating must have been from past years and not your current product. Over priced for a massed produced product. A. Banks”

“I ordered the 2.5' edible Hatch ristra as an impulse gift, not even intending it for Christmas as I was tardy in placing the order, so did not even expect the surprise gift and yet it arrived Christmas Eve and so I was able to surprise my daughter Christmas Day with the lovely bright ristra that was reasonably priced (to me) and delivered in pristine condition. I'll be back, Hatch Chile! (:”

“Hatch Chile Store is the most authentic tasting New Mexico product that is the closest thing to family made. I have ordered the tamales and jalapeños and they were great. My family were original settlers in the New Mexico territory and used Hatch chilies in our meals. The Hatch Chile Store is close to home made. Great service and fast delivery. I would highly recommend.”
