“Tho fed ex misplaced my package 📦. Hatch store and myself put in a claim to FedEx and the Hatch store said they will follow up with FedEx and refund me. Their customer service is excellent. Never frustrated with me bugging and calling. I will not allow FedEx to keep me from ordering. In short future the Hatch Store will get an order from me. Thank you personnel at The Hatch Store 🤗”

“Among other things, I got the posole kit for Christmas Eve. I was pleased with my posole, but for THE SALT!! I only used half of the bottle (it calls for the full bottle. If I can’t find something to take away some of the salt, the entire batch is ruined. Please, please, please lose the salt.”

“We received roasted chiles instead of the rellenos we ordered, but we received them so quickly we were able, with the help of customer service, to get our original order in less time it normally takes for a big outfit to fulfill a single order. We’ll definitely order from again, and recommend Hatch Chile Store to our friends.”

“When the red chili ristra I had ordered for a xmas gift had not arrived 5 days after the scheduled delivery date, I called The Hatch Chili store and they promptly apologized and resent another one. They took care of filing the claim etc. I recommend highly them for product quality and customer service!”

“My son and family moved from Red River, NM to Marquette, Michigan and couldn’t get green chilies! I bought a big box at the grocery and shipped it to them. Half of the chilies were not good. I finally wise up an started sending your box of chilies which ALL arrived fresh!! I’ve given them a chili roaster so they now have a big time Chili Roast. My daughter in law is a personal chef and has many Michiganders loving green chili dishes!!!!”

“My shipment was damaged by a broken jar of Green Chile Roast. IT created a huge mess and clean up, although I was able to salvage most of the items. I told HCS about it and sent some photos. They promptly offered a full refund or replacement of the entire order. I opted for the latter and it shipped same day. Quality products and great service.”

“The chili Rellenos were very tough no matter how I cooked them. I was very disappointed so I won't be trying them again. I have not tried the tamales yet so I cannot say at this time.”

“Quality of food and service has decreased from last year. I was so looking forward to receiving tamales this year but was disappointed. They were wrapped in paper instead of corn husks and had very little filling. One half of my order was on backorder but this was not communicated until I asked them.”
