“Ordered my product on November 26 2021 and paid for three day shipping. It’s now December 11 2021 and my order hasn’t even been shipped. Received a notice on the 26th of November that it was shipped but found out a week later the item was on back order and could take another two weeks. There online store didn’t show out of stock like other items but after reviewing their website buyers must scroll down to past the order section to find a notice they are two weeks behind. One would think it would be on the homepage or on the items itself.”

“Very fast delivery time, great product with fresh excellent taste and color for authentic old-style Mexican chile that to most peoples surprise does not use tomatoes products in the recipe. Just meat, beans and red chile pods. The Hatch Valley has grown the best pipers you can buy on the market for many years. I prefer to buy from a small family-run business where the products are freshly picked right out of the field, not from a store display where they may have been hanging for a long time. Give this store a try you won't regret it and will become a steady customer as I have.”

“I love the Hatch Chile Store and the products. I have never had an issue with the quality of the chile or other food I have ordered. My issue is with FedEx and the terrible service they provide. My most recent order was lost and then found and re-directed all over the South-East being over a week late. Last year they delivered my guaranteed before Christmas order, well after NewYears. I have had an order of frozen chile placed on the side of my house where no one goes, in July, in Coastal Alabama. My fresh chile was delivered a week late last year and spoiled. You guys went above my expectations and rectified that mistake. I was more than pleased with the replacement order.”
