“Love their chile rellenos; however I was sent tamales. They replaced the order immediately. I've been buying frozen green chile for the last four years. It has always arrived frozen and was better quality than the chile I had been ordering from other stores since I moved away from New Mexico twelve years ago.”

“I ordered some Medium Chopped on 10/29. The web site some weeks later said they had been fufilled, I received a email message that they were being shipped around 11/15, I called on 11/29 only to find out they werenow out of stock. This company does not know what they are doing as I have had issues in the past with them. AVOID the headache, order elsewere.”

“We used to live in New Mexico but had to move several years ago for my husband’s work. How I missed our home in New Mexico, particularly the aroma of roasting chiles signaling the start of fall with its fiestas and wonderful food. After a few years here and several attempts at getting flavorful chile, we discovered The Hatch Chile Store; and what a terrific find. The fresh and roasted chile plus your other products have been super and made us avid and thankful fans. Orders are always packed, shipped, and received in excellent condition. We were also excited to discover your use of environmentally friendly packing this year. A thoughtful and conscientious change. Only one problem I can see – it makes us miss New Mexico even more. Thank You!”

“I placed my order on October 2nd, I made a phone call on November 3rd to inquire about the order, at that time I was told they would be sent out within the next two weeks. I made another phone call the week of November 15th and never received a call back, I then sent an email, again no response, I then filled out a report stating there was an issue with my order which I then received the response that you are out of the mild chopped green chilies that I had ordered and offered to send me the whole roasted mild chilies with a $10 refund or to send me some chopped from last years crop. While I chose the 1st option I am ver disappointed that I was not informed at the time I placed the order that you were out of the product or when I called. We were needing them for Thanksgiving and we’ll as you can see we have not received anything.”
