“I placed my order on October 2nd, I made a phone call on November 3rd to inquire about the order, at that time I was told they would be sent out within the next two weeks. I made another phone call the week of November 15th and never received a call back, I then sent an email, again no response, I then filled out a report stating there was an issue with my order which I then received the response that you are out of the mild chopped green chilies that I had ordered and offered to send me the whole roasted mild chilies with a $10 refund or to send me some chopped from last years crop. While I chose the 1st option I am ver disappointed that I was not informed at the time I placed the order that you were out of the product or when I called. We were needing them for Thanksgiving and we’ll as you can see we have not received anything.”

“Awesome thanksgiving bundle! Already had the tamales for breakfast yum yum! I was interviewed by the local news here in Massachusetts and told them our thanksgiving was based on my order from y’all whoop whoop shoutout! We’re from out west and don’t do turkeys anyhow hehe. Thanks again for getting our bundle shipped in time!”

“past years Hatch Chile Store was great always received the chiles I ordered. This year I pre-ordered but then I received an email saying they were out of chopped green chiles but they could substitute whole roasted if I wanted them instead. Had no choice but to change my order. As of today November 25 still have not received.”

“Although it took nearly two months to receive my green chili, but it was worth the wait! The site did inform me that it would take about that long so I'm not disappointed. It was very well packaged with dry ice and my chilis we still frozen. I grew up eating green chili when I lived in NM. I'm so thankfully I can order online and contribute eating the best green chili in the world! Thank you Hatch!”
