“I was surprised at how many chili pepper seeds fell off and the tie at the top came undone on one of them. Not sure I would recommend your store. I live in Albuquerque and thought I would get a better product (like your ad picture) from your store but I think I could have bought one local and received the same thing and maybe cheaper. Disappointed.”

“The Hatch chile store is a great place to order from. The shipping via UPS is not the best. My delivery came thawed out, wet from the thawing. I hope that my chile will last the second freezing.”

“We have purchased multiple times. The first couple of orders were for whole fresh Big Jim chilé. Not having much spare time, we’ve taken to purchasing jarred roasted chile and jarred sauces. We have had an issue but a quick email brought a rapid response and an immediate correction. I work in a family business and understand the importance of great customer service. I appreciate when others handle their business in a like manner. This is what makes us repeat customers. Quality product and quality service.”
