“Recently over 2 orders in 1 week bought 120 pounds of mild hatch chili. Myself and daughter took all day and roasted, peeled, diced and whole pressure Canned these chilis. They are beautiful in texture and appearance. No bruising, no soft areas and no small immature chili. Will buy more next summer for sure. Best flavor ever.”

“Beautiful green chiles! Honestly, they were beautiful! Arrived nicely packed. Were firm, not scarred and 6-8" long. Easy to roast and peel. So, so yummy! Green chile makes everything taste so much better. Will purchase again in 2025.”

“Grew up in Colorado and used to have green chili's all the time. Not so much here in Kentucky now. Lol.. It was an awsome treat to slap some of this on my eggs and burgers.. Excellant flavor!”
