“Received the 21/2 edible Rista on time - great! Smells great Looks shiny and healthy. We tasted one - good flavor and heat. They were very responsive - involved with chili lovers. Will purchase every year”

“We have ordered frozen tamales, chilis, seasonings, fresh chilis and ristras... phenomenal. Everything tastes great. The fresh chilis are top... makes the best hot sauce after roasting. Quality can't be beat It's as close as you can get to living in New Mexico and going to the market.”

“This is to be a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He had mentioned wanting to try your brand and this particular flavor.. I found your side easy to look through yet there were so many options. “I love green chile but can’t buy it in stores where I live. The chile has great flavor and their shipping is fast and reliable. The frozen product is well packed with dry ice to prevent partial thawing during shipping.”

“I've been to Hatech and the surrounding area and saw first hand the planting, growing and harvest. The plants are expensive to plant and fragile to process properly. These folks do an impressive job. I've bought bushels that were roasted by roadside stands and peeled and froze the chiles myself, thenstarted with Bueno frozen chile, but this is an excellent product in an easy yo handle form and I'll continue to buy their jars in the future. I suggest you try them too.”
