“It’s great to receive fresh Hatch chille weeks before they show up in stores. We have ordered for hatch chile for several years and have never been disappointed in product or service. Living in Alaska it is not always easy or possible to get fresh produce from the field”

“We visited my father in New Mexico and fell in live with the Ristras. We knew.we.coupdnt travel with the Risttas so we ordered them online.amd they came in a veey reasonable amount of time and were packaged great so rhat they weren't broken. Now I have a piece of New Mexico hanging in my office.”

“First time, check the number of years that I have been a bit disappointed. Mix ups, poor notification and some bad peppers. I’m a native of NM. ABQ born and UNM Alum. So I know chile! I’m still awaiting my red, hope it’s perfect as it has always been. Love the store!!!”

“Have been going to Hatch Chile for years. When we were younger, we would roast 10 lbs of green chile. Now that were in our 80's, I buy the frozen bags of chile....love,love,love Hatch”

“Great products! I bought some roasted green chiles in jars and a red chile ristra. Have made some great red chile and even used some of the seeds to grow my own plants. Will buy from you guys again but I also am planning a road trip to Hatch to pick up some chile too. Thank you!”

“I actually give 55 stars because your chilis have been consistently magnificent over the last five years I've been ordering them. I got two boxes this year and I'm thinking I need one more big one to roast and put away to last me through the summer. Your salsas and sauces are amazing! Green and red are both fantastic! Your service has always been top notch through excellent communications on my orders and prompt deliveries. Thank you for your excellent service and products.”

“We were very pleased with our order. They arrived in great condition. We ordered 2-25 lb boxes. The chile wer all large. (Big Jim) and full meaty. Roasting on the grill was easy, after steaming for awhile almost every one peeled very easy. The flavor was great. Glad we ordered enough for a few months. I only wish they were a little less expensive seems like quite a bit of money. I know shipping is expensive also but so far, worth every penny”
