“I have ordered two 25 lb boxes of hatch chilis (different years) and both were excellent! Good condition upon arrival and delicious and easy to freeze after roasting. Other premade products have also been delicious so I keep coming back!”

“By far the worst green chilis we have ever had. NOT!!!! They are worth every dime. They showed up on time, there wasn't a bad pepper in the box, and they were giant and tasted amazing! Will be ordering every year from now on. Absolutely a true first class product. Thanks for what you do.”
