“I’ve purchased ristras from The Source in New Mexico, and the one we received was even better than what we could have bought in New Mexico itself. It arrived well-packaged with zero breakage, and it’s absolutely beautiful. We ordered the 3-foot size and couldn’t be happier. This will now be an annual purchase for us, and next time we’ll buy two so we can hang one on each side of our doorway. We live in Wisconsin and bought the treated (inedible) version for outdoor décor. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you for such a wonderful product.”

“The Chile was pretty good - the bag was marked "hot" but the chiles are actually "medium", but that's okay, as I had purchased "medium" anyway, so all is well. The quantity seemed spot-on, too! I did not weigh them, but I believe there were 16 chiles in each bag to make them one pound. The quality was superb - I feel like someone hand-picked each chile to make sure they were roasted, skinned, in pretty good shape, and weighed about 1oz each - this part was impeccable. The price is a little steep at $1.60 a pound, but they were shipped right away in amazing frozen packaging with excellent quality, as mentioned. Overall, it was a good deal, and I'm very happy.”

“First order, wrong item shipped! Ordered hot, whole, frozen NM Green Chile. Called after wrong item received and correct item was supposed to be shipped yesterday, but as of this evening, still have not received the 2 packs of HOT green chile. Hopefully, will receive Thursday (tomorrow).Milton Davis, Kansas City, Mo 64119 Replacement order with hot chiles arrived today! Thank you and we will be ordering again I’m sure!”

“Wonderful chile! I ordered frozen mild. Packaging was great and arrived in perfect condition and solidly frozen. Chile flavor was as close to fresh as I've ever had in Michigan! The recipes that were emailed to me were much appreciated! Will be ordering again!”

“The Chile we bought was "hot", because the "extra hot", which I prefer, has proven to be too much for the family. As such, it is excellent in my wifes' Green Chile Chicken Alfredo, my breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, carnitas, tacos and yes, Green Chili, and so much more. The Chile does a great job adding spice and flavor to meals that remind me of when I was stationed in New Mexico. I highly recommend them as they store well in the freezer.”
