“I love Hatch chilies and miss them since I left New Mexico. I ordered 2 boxes but the delivery was slow. It took a week, and the chilies were no longer frozen or cold by the time I received them. I emailed the Hatch Chile store. They were easy to work with and immediately sent a new batch and ensured I received them. I appreciate good service and making things right. I’ll be ordering from them again.”

“I grew up on Hatch chile living in Santa Fe. I'm in Texas now and used to go back annually for visits and my bushel of Hatch chile. I don't get to make those trips any more but I can still get my favorite chile delivered, thanks to the Hatch Chile Store. Got my first delivery and I was so happy! It arrived quickly and the chile all looks great. Thank you for making it easier for some of us who can't travel there any more.”

“Chile arrived before scheduled. There were no jars damaged, however, the box that they were packed in was not in very good condition. But other than that, I am completely satisfied with the service that I received.”
