Hi Katherina, We are sorry about the situation. Without photos, we cannot replace a box of chile. It is our company policy to document any spoiled chile before sending a free reshipment. This is simply the best way for us to standardize all fresh order reshipments. Since you do not have any photos of the chile, would you be willing to pay for only the shipping cost if we sent you another box? We have sent you a personal email with this offer as well. “I fell in love with Hatch green chile when I moved to New Mexico. When we had to move back to virginia I was pretty sad. Being able to order from you all this year was such a great treat. Chilies arrived quickly. We roasted and peeled them, and immediately began adding them to food. This state could use some amazing recipes with this chile in it.”

“OH MY GOODNESS DELICIOUS PERFECTION! I ordered a 4lb box of fresh chilies. The delivery was perfect and nearly every single one in my box was perfect. I only had one that got a little squished but it was still edible. Pretty pricey but living in Tennessee we can't get these chilies here or green chili like we miss so much from Colorado. These chilies have been an absolute delight and they are almost gone already so I ordered a 5 lb frozen package to hopefully get us through to next season.”
