“Very impressed! I grew up in New Mexico and was addicted to green chile early. I could still buy chile with no problem in Arizona. This year found me in South Florida. I was about to give up on having green Chile this year. I ordered the hot from the Hatch Chile Store not expecting much. To my surprise, the chile arrived in less than 24 hours. Every chile was perfect! Roasted the next day. Tastes great and just right on the heat. I will be buying again!”

“The red sauce was silky and beautiful but it seemed to taste almost like ketchup and I really like the flavor of the freshly blended red hatch chiles. I still have two sacks of NM chiles in my freezer. I have been out of town and I have not tried the green Chile. You have amazing products and I’m looking forward to try other items. Thank you, Eddie”

“I have received offers from the Hatch Chile Store for years and always wanted to try their product. Recently, I purchased three (3) jars of their prepared hatch chile to use in stews and soups. When they came, I was completely floored by the way they packaged their product. They went out of their way to make sure none of the jars were broken in transit with the most amazing packaging. Of course, the product was excellent, but I am still amazed by the care they took to make sure I got what I ordered in excellent condition. I am sure I will order more, and will never worry about the condition of the order when it arrived.”

“Green chile gets in your blood never leaves. I moved to Canada 30 years ago and still dream about New Mexican food. Customer service help me get my order up here and I just made my first green chile stew. Awesome!!”

“Ordered 10 lbs medium, wasn’t good enough so I ordered 4 lbs of hot. Not good enough in a bad way just wanted more with a little bit more heat. All chilis arrived in good shape roasted them the same day I received them. Pricey but when you’re not in a place to buy them in person this is next best.”

“We love the Hatch Chile Store. This season we first ordered a four pound box of Mild Green Chilies. They came overnight as advertised...fresh and incredibly delicious. They were gone way too fast so this past weekend we ordered another 10 pounds of Mild Green Chilies and Oh My God are they good. The service your family and employees offers is wonderful. Think about it. We lived in Phoenix and learned there to love the Hatch Chilies. Moved to Maine and can get those same chilies overnight...What an amazing shopping experience. We will be customers every harvest season. Thank You...Much Respect.”

“Born and raised in New Mexico, went to college just up the road at S.silver City but now live in Indiana and was hoping serve my friends real New Mexican style Chile rellanos, I ordered mild green chiles and received medium to hot insted. When I complained you offered half off my next order. With my only choice medium or hot, truly not much of a choice.I am extremely disappointed with your so-called customer service and support.”

“Ordered 10 lbs of Sandia to mix with Big Jim to have a little kick. Order arrived Wednesday, a day earlier than anticipated and it was in great condition. I don't mind paying the extra for shipping to insure fresh product to roast.”
