“If you love chili rellanos you must buy Hatches. They are the best. They may seem a little pricey but for the amount of rellanos and the quality they are worth every penny... I am an extremely satisfied New Yorker!”

“Ordered tamales and chile rellenos this time. Was worried about recovering the crispness of the rellenos but 10 minutes in the air fryer and they were perfect! Tamales were excellent as well.”

“Your products are wonderful !! Your personnel could not be nicer to deal with. I ordered my ristra for a particular occasion, was told they were out of materials. In the end it was a week after it. Was due. I’ve bought before, if I do again, I will add a lot more lead time”
