“Ordered tamales and chile rellenos this time. Was worried about recovering the crispness of the rellenos but 10 minutes in the air fryer and they were perfect! Tamales were excellent as well.”

“Your products are wonderful !! Your personnel could not be nicer to deal with. I ordered my ristra for a particular occasion, was told they were out of materials. In the end it was a week after it. Was due. I’ve bought before, if I do again, I will add a lot more lead time”

“My order of Hatch tamales came quickly and was packaged very well. The tamales were still frozen and that’s surprising since I live in a very hot climate. The tamales are just like I expected and very tasty! Will order again from Hatch.”

“Very pleased. Recently ordered Hatch red chili and was very pleased with the prompt shipment of my order, as it was part of a birthday gift. We are from New Mexico, so love being able to order chili from you, as we cannot get it here in Georgia. I was disappointed that the "hot" was out of stock on the day I needed to order, but will check back. Keep up the good work.”
