“This place some really great products. Just ordered some chimichangas and they are absolutely wonderful. Ordered some rellenos a few months back and they wonderful as well. I also received some chilies and I made a batch of green chilie and the flavor is amazing. I ordered medium and they are more mild than medium. I may order the hot next time. Overall, never been disappointed.”

Hello Ruth, I am taking a look at our records and see that on 4/16 you reached out to us letting us know of this issue, to which we responded on 4/17 for further details and clarification. On 4/21 you responded back, to which we responded on 4/22 asking for you to send us photos of the double orders so that way we could file a claim with our shipping team and set up a reshipment for you as stated in our company policies. After 4/22 we have no received any response from you which did not permit us to set up a reshipment. “It arrived flawed out. It was cold but not at all frozen. The chili rellenos were very good but the Chimicha changas were just okay.”

“I have purchased over $1000 worth of stuff from hatch chili, I love hatch chilies from the fresh chilies to the chimichangas to the chili Rellani’s they are the best. Do not hesitate, try them for yourself. You cannot get any fresher or better”

“The first order had some issues not arriving until 4 days after shipped and it was a mess. Contacted company and they quickly replaced with perfect order. Thanks The chilies are great quality and the egg battering well done and easy to prepare by frying in oil for a few minutes each side to make super crisp and great classic presentation. Will need to add some salsa but it becomes very classic and tasty in flavor and texture. I grew up in New Mexico and these rival my mom’s homemade version with none of the fuss to make!”

“These darn HATCH chilies are the BEST I have found . I eat them on everything almost . Great flavor that only REAL HATCH chilies have . The heat rating IMHO is spot on . Glad I found the Hatch Chile Store .”

“My wife and I have ordered twice from The Hatch Chile Store. The Tamalies and Relenos have been fantastic. Our last order I shared some with My daughter and her husband who live in Texas for a few years. They loved both the tamalies and the relenos. We will order again. I definatly recommend these to lovers of good food.”

“Great shipping experience. Product got here exceptionally fast for being in Alaska in perfect condition. Quality was good. Nice sized tamales, not dry. However, tamales were very bland and tasteless. Could have used more filling and seasoning. I am a New Mexican native and used to lots of flavor. Expected lots of green and red chile in food from the Hatch Chile Store.”
