“When I was stationed at Kirtland AFB I became hooked on Hatch Chiles and missed the days in August/September where would go grocery shopping and have my chiles roasted while I was shopping. Needed my hatch chile fix and discovered you guys several years ago and have never been disappointed, always great tasting and delivered on time and in great shape. I've been ordering 10 to 15 pounds or more routinely. I constantly tell people about the Hatch Chile Store and how great everything is including now the tamales and chile rellenos and your other offerings. You never disappoint!! Mark”

“I never received the product. I had originally given the wrong address and immediately tried to correct to the correct address. but there was no response even though I tried 3 different ways to correct the address. So, I am disappointed with the way the company reacts to customer contacts. Well, Hatch was good. They replaced my product and the product was quite good. I had originally ordered using an old address and immediately after submitting noticed the error I had tried to contact them 3 different ways but was unable to communicate with them. After some time, someone apparently noticed the communication and reached out to me and replaced the product at no charge. So I must place the company in the good guys catagory.”

“Love my traditional 6" ristra! The last one I bought lasted for 10 years and multiple dishes, looking beautiful on a hook next to the stove. This one arrived promptly, looks beautiful on its hook, and I expect will taste wonderful in many dishes in the future.”

“The Hatch Chile I ordered came well packed and delivered in an ice box that kept it frozen. Very good service. Still waiting for vegan enchiladas and rellenos when they start making it. I'll be the first to order. Highly recommend this place!!!”

“I’m extremely happy with everything I’ve ordered! I’ve been putting the Red and Green chili sauce on EVERYTHING and it’s amazing! And both the chicken tamales and chicken chimichangas cook up perfectly every time! I had a small problem with my order which was taken care of with lightning fast customer service and I will be ordering again soon! Thank you!”

“I ordered two dozen Chile Riano‘s, first ones arrived spoiled, they sent another order out and again spoiled. They sat in the local FedEx office for three days before being delivered, so no mystery why they had ruined. They should be shipped out on a Monday, therefore should arrive on a normal business day, the shipping dept. has NO regard for timely delivery .”

“Ordered all three tamale products but got 2 dozen tamales and a dozen chimichangas. Soon after I reported the discrepancy, the missing tamales were sent free of charge! All excellent! Now will order chimichangas as well! THANK YOU!”
