“I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your chile and service. We bought it locally each summer in Santa Fe since the 1980's. When your family stopped selling in Santa Fe, we immediately started ordering from your store and have been so pleased. We ended up with 50 lbs this year. The only suggestion I have is about the shipping. Because it was so hot, the fedex ground did not work well for us this summer.For the last order I placed recently we requested overnight fedex and it was wonderful. The extra charges were worth it. I have called the store a few times and the customers service was FAB. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I do know many people who miss your presence in Santa Fe. I bet if you ran some sort of ad in Santa Fe about the ownership of your store, you would get a great response. Thanks again and stay safe.”

“I've been a Hatch chile fan most if my Life. Mom lived IN New Mexico as a teenager and I have cousins that send me Hatch chile powder. I live in Virginia these days and I shopped you store for a gift for a woman I know originally from Bolivia. She told me about Locoto Peppers and I told her about Hatch chile pepper, the best that America has to offer.”

“Best red chile I have ever had, and I am from New Mexico. Hard to find red chile in Colorado. Its all tomatoes. Hatch Chile Store has none of that in their red chile in a jar. It's better than what I can make from scratch! Finally have found my chile. Thank you sooooo much!”

“We love the rellenos, I am originally from Southern New Mexico, we live in Florida and they definitely curb the green Chile craving. They are better than we can make at home and best of all there is no mess.”

“We ordered whole chilis to be shipped to Washington state and the whole transaction was seamless. Very friendly and fast customer service . My questions were answered right away within an hour. Chilis arrived still frozen as promised and are delicious.”

“Purchased 5# frozen whole roasted and peeled. Arrived on time still frozen. I used 1 out of 5 frozen packages. It contained 13 chile peppers. Made Chile Rellenos and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend this company and its products!”
