“Sometimes, I feel like a stranger in a strange land, a man with deep West Texas roots living in Connecticut. It's a wonderful state but one utterly devoid of good chile - and pretty barren when it comes to finding food made with good chile. So, I rely on the Hatch Chile Store to satisfy my needs through the year for some good heat and flavor in my food. Whether it's chopped green chilies for the chili cheeseburgers we make on the grill, or the frozen and remarkably tasty chili rellenos or the tamales that are so damn good, they all put a big smile on my face and on those of my family - and keeps us sated until those times we can get back to that favorite part of our worlds. “I like their personal customer service. I called to revise my shipping change and it was handled immediately. I love their products. Their fresh chiles arrived in Hawaii in perfect condition. No refrigeration needed. My family & close friends enjoyed them immensely. Also need to order more freeze dried chiles. They’re excellent and potent! Aloha, B. Lemke-Newman Kapaa, Kauai, HI”

“I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your chile and service. We bought it locally each summer in Santa Fe since the 1980's. When your family stopped selling in Santa Fe, we immediately started ordering from your store and have been so pleased. We ended up with 50 lbs this year. The only suggestion I have is about the shipping. Because it was so hot, the fedex ground did not work well for us this summer.For the last order I placed recently we requested overnight fedex and it was wonderful. The extra charges were worth it. I have called the store a few times and the customers service was FAB. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I do know many people who miss your presence in Santa Fe. I bet if you ran some sort of ad in Santa Fe about the ownership of your store, you would get a great response. Thanks again and stay safe.”
