“I actually liked my experience with this store. I made my purchase online and they have pictures of all their products so it was pretty easy to find everything I was looking for. I also give them a 10 for great attitude when it comes to customer service. I will definitely recommend anyone to buy their Hatch chile from this store.”

“Took a bit longer than I anticipated to arrive, but not excessively so. Arrived in great shape and is absolutely delicious. I will say that the extra hot green is very, very hot even considering that I was raised with green chile growing up. Will definitely be ordering again when we run out.”

“I love these chili's and the flavor is extraordinary. I particularly love their customer service. I had an issue with one of my shipments. I notified them and within hours, they responded and replaced my shipment. I would highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store to family and friends. As a matter of fact, I have!”

“Product - Unseasoned Mild Red Chile Powder. I am allergic to onions and garlic which comes in most commercial chile powder. I called Hatch Chile Store and they were able to provide pure, unseasoned chile powder for me. The customer service is amazing! The delivery was quick! And the flavor is beyond my expectations (I may be allergic to onions & garlic but I still love good flavor). Not having been able to use commercial chile powder in a long time, I am delighted to have chile powder on my spice rack once again! I have already recommended The Hatch Chile Store to friends and I will likely continue to recommend. Also, an in-person visit is a wonderful experience. Anyone who has the chance to go to the store should go! Thank you Hatch Chile Store!”

“This is the 4th or 5th time I have ordered. This last order, I was a little disappointed with the way the chili was packed. There were so many seeds, stems and peeling in the mix. I have never experienced this before. The taste of the chili itself was delicious. I’m hoping this last order was an exception and not the norm going forward. Thank you”

“The Chopped Medium Hatch chili is outstanding. I scramble a couple of spoonfuls in my scrambled eggs. I will order more when this runs out. We also really enjoyed the chili rellenos. Everything is top shelf. Thank you.”

Hello, I'm a bit confused here. All of our tamales are made by our sister company, Amigo's Mexican Foods. Their tamales are not found in any grocery stores or chains in the US. Thank you, The Hatch Chile Store

“The tamales and chile sauces are outstanding!!! So good in fact that I send them as special gifts. One suggestion: when I send an order as a gift please include a note so the recipients know who has sent the tamales and sauce and so they know whom to thank!!!! Please.”
