“My family loves every product we have tried! I think we have sampled everything! My favorite are the Chile relanos. My husband loves the pork tamales. We all adore the green Chiles. We love all the salsas and found the new bbq sauce to be amazing!!! And I’m just starting to have fun with the spices!!!”

“You could imagine the difficulty of mastering an agricultural AND public facing company. HCS does it and exceptionally well. The product is top tier and the presentation (big ol’ boxes of chiles or whatever you’ve ordered) is a wow every time. This is the goto biz for NM staples.”

“It’s ridiculous that you can not get whatever flavor you want in the whole chile shipped to you that you want, medium hot is I wanted for my friend and only could get mild might as well sent them BELL PEPPERS”

“We have loved everything we ordered. The Abuela's enchilada sauce (Hot) was amazing and not too hot. The red and green chilies are fantastic on nachos or just as a dip. The Papa's salsa (Hot) is excellent. I'll be ordering again soon. Next time I will try the extra hot versions.”

“So I bought 10 lbs of hot green chili, It was on the verge of thawed, but I did re-freeze it. I also bought a package of chicken cheese chimichangas. They were mostly thawed. I also re-froze them. My biggest question to you is is that ok to do? Re-freeze them? Other than that, everything was just ok. It just seems it never gets to me totally frozen. I am in Florida and I know that can be a challenge.”

“I always order from here and never had a problem till this time. It took them more than a month to get my order and second the quality of my dry chiles were not what i expected. 4 lbs went to the trash”
