“I have ordered Chile twice. Both times I received excellent results. The most recent was a 25lb of xhot raw green Chile. I pre-paid and I was kept informed about my order. When I received my order,...while I have to say my expectations where exceeded. The Chile was beautiful! I was also given some very helpful information on how to best roast the chile. I am currently in CA., however I am from CO, where we had roasters on corners seasonally. I am very happy to be enjoying my delicious Hatch green chili. Thank you 😊”

“A great place to do business. I first visited based on trusted recommendations, but now I'm an addict. Hatch peppers, Hatch chile rellenos, and I even purchased a small pepper roaster. I haven't used it yet, but I have great confidence that the quality of the roaster will equal the quality of the other products. Just place an order - you won't be disappointed!”

“We overnighted 10 pounds of hot, green hatch chilis fresh after a lot of consultation with Pam about heat and processing. Pam was so utterly wonderful and answered the multiple emails with questions before we ordered. The chilis came on time and we’re in excellent condition. We roasted and processed them tonight! Excellent service all the way around. Thanks so much for helping us transition from the southwest to the southeast while all while accessing a taste of home!”

“Absolutely, the best. We pre-ordered 25 pounds of Hatch Green Chili and 5 pounds of Red Chili in June. When the Hatch Green Chili arrived in August we were more than excited to receive such great quality and great tasting Hatch Green Chili. There was only 1/3 of one pepper we had to cut off and throw away. The service, the newsletters, and recipes are great as well. We have been ordering from here the last three years.”

“I miss being able to roast chile, can't where I live, but am being spoiled by great roasted, peeled whole & chopped green. Great service provided by a friendly human being adds to the flavor. Prices are on the high side however but regard it as a treat, just don't order as much and pass on things I might otherwise order. Thanks to all.”

“We love your chile and have been ordering more and more this year. This year's shipment was a little less satisfying. The Chile arrived on time based on a 2-day delivery schedule. We're used to close to 100% fresh chile. Across all 5 boxes, we had more spoiled pods than years past. Probably 5 pounds were spoiled out of 125 total pounds. There were a lot of Chile that had the beginning or had tip rot. We saved those Chiles and roasted them anyway. Last, the last box we roasted, the Chile's were rather small for Big Jims. Tasting these small ones we noticed they were consistently hotter and the larger Big Jims which do vary in heat. Questioning if we received a box of Sandia by mistake. Anyway, love Hatch Chile store and will continue to order from you!”
