“I had never bought Hatch Chiles before, but took the plunge and ordered some. Man did they smell good when that box was delivered. Roasted about half and the house smelled yummy. When I cooked with them they added much to the flavor of the dish. Great product.”

“I have loved Hatch Chile since moving to New Mexico in 1984. I moved back to my home state of Washington in 2001 and missed my Chile very much but couldn't afford the cost of shipping added to the price until just recently. The flavor of Hatch is unprecedented compared to others. I will always by Hatch or I will go without. Keep up the awesome work of bringing the best Chile in the world to the masses... Thank you from a fan of 39 years... 🥰”

“We love our hatch Chiles we have been ordering for over 3 years now a few times a year after I make them everyone wants a jar they are sweet and hot best combo and we just tried the bacon so so good we ordered more Thank you”

“Very satisfied with my order. I preordered and was very excited when harvesting began and waited anxiously. Received the tracking number and they arrived in great shape and super fresh. The Chiles were in excellent condition. I gave half the order to a friend who also thought them to be great. Very happy with everything will order again.”

“I ordered 25 lbs of fresh green chili on Monday and it was at my front door in Idaho Friday morning. There was not one spoiled pepper in the entire box! I had it roasted, peeled and frozen that day, except what I had that evening with dinner. Everything from service quality to product quality is a 10 out of 10. Thank you. Eric B”

“I'm originally from New Mexico. And this is my first time ever ordering hatch chili. I live in Tucson, Arizona now. And I usually I am at the supermarket. But this year I Decided to order it from their website. And I was very disappointed. All my chili was curled up. I couldn't even toast it. There was a few rotten ones. I will never order from their website again. I had to pay extra money because the original price. They said they had up the price. So they asked me to add more money and I did. What a disappointment. Yes, I will just have to continue buying it at the supermarket. Actually probably cheaper now because of what? I paid for a little box with curled up chili.”
