“Chiies arrived in perfect condition...I seeded and pealed them in the oven/broiler...then course chopped them in the food processor and froze them in ice cube trays. Perfect for a single-person household.”

“We ordered a 25 pound box and had to cull only 4 peppers for heat spots. They are nice and thick, peeled nicely after charring over charcoal, and made a GREAT batch of Chili Verde.”

“Most of the 25 lbs of chiles were perfect but there were quite a number that were partially spoiled. That spoilage was described in an email update on the “pause” a couple days later. Guess I received about 3-5 lbs of chiles that should have been paused. That’s why they only get a four star rating this year. On to the next!”

“Second time I’ve ordered fresh green chile. Both times were incredible. No issues at all with the shipment. No spoilage or ruined peppers. I also order the roasted green chile in the jar. Never disappointed. A great way to bring a bit of New Mexico to Nevada.”

“My subscription was canceled by the system and it also would not apply my subscription discount. The staff were wonderful trying to figure out what happened and helping to get my subscription back up and running so I would not be out of delicious Green Chile. My only complaint or should I say suggestion is to make the X-hot Green Chile available in the chopped frozen option.”

“This is a replacement order for a prior shipment which came too late due to shipper's fault. I was impressed that all the food shipped to me was still frozen in our Florida heat. The attention to detail was excellent and the tamales, and beef chimi were delicious. This was amazingly good and I will certainly order from them again. Thanks to Pam from Hatch, for fixing my previous order. I highly recommend them for the delicious chiles.”
