“I have been a customer for many years even prior to the current owner. I recently ordered 12 jars of Mild red sauce. When I received the email confirmation I saw that you were shipping Hot not Mild. I called immediately which was 36 hours before you shipped and asked to cancel or correct the order. My request was refused. I will never order from these people again.”

When it comes to shipping our sauces and salsas there will always be a flat rate of $6.99 for ground shipping on 6 jars or less, once you purchase 6 jars or more shipping costs do start to go down. If you select a higher service than the ground shipping, unfortunately, there is a higher cost that is quoted from our carriers that unfortunately, we cannot adjust.
