“They arrived on time and frozen. The taste of them were delicious, I was a little worried that they might be too hot for me, but they were just right. Sorry I couldn't tell if the tamales were going to be mild, medium or hot. Very satisfied,”

“I am a longtime customer, this year I ordered three chimichanga package for myself and two kids. They are very good, could use a bit more filliing and a bit inconsistant on heat. Some are really spicy and some were medium. Overall very good. Thanks”

“I just love the mild red chili pods hatch chili's I bought them at one of the chili roast and now I am ordering, great taste and easy to make my own red sauce. Sometimes the one in stores to hot for my family so these are perfect. Thank you”

“Being born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, I was weaned on Hatch Green Chilis with New Mexico being so close. Hatch Chili's are something you never get tired of eating or trying in new recipes, but I will have to admit ... that getting a fresh batch in Sept. or Oct. and roasting them outside in my chili roaster and then making a big pot of green chili with some fresh homemade tortillas is my favorite, and The Hatch Chile Store is who I turn to for anything that has to do with "Hatch Chilis". The Hatch Chile Store is family-owned and they make ordering their products online or picking up the phone and giving them a call as easy as it gets, their pre-made tamales, chimichangas and chili rellenos are the best! “"These chiles are like gold", is what the recipient of my gift of roasted chiles reported upon receipt. Having lived in Albuquerque/Santa Fe for several years, I agree. After a bit of confusion in ordering online, I called and spoke with a live person and the order went through without a hitch. My only suggestion is to double-check to make sure there is a card enclosed in gift items from the sender so they know who to thank for their "gift of gold."”

“I heard the food was good, it was a gift so have no idea how it arrived. When ordering a gift there was no place to put a gift note so that may be something to fix for the next big gift-giving holiday.”

“Chiles arrived still frozen (mostly), great packaging! Made a batch of green chile stew, which met with my wife’s approval. She lived in ABQ for a few years and fell in love with that stew. Do you have a favorite recipe for green Chile stew? That you would share. Cheers, Rick”
