“Ordered TWO of the 13" chili pequin wreaths (treated), one as gift, one for selves. Arrived quickly without damage .. ours is hanging near kitchen ... .. Would love to see a version with Sandia - Big Jim - peppers!”

“Beyond pleased with my purchases. I ordered fresh and frozen green chilis and riastra (sp) plus jars of red and green chili's. . All arrived in excellent condition. Communication was great throughout the order and shipping process. I've enjoyed receiving the emails of recipes and other tidbits. Plan on ordering again next year. My family can't wait to get their hands on some of the green chili.”

“My husband and I are huge chile fans and when we decided to build our forever home in New Mexico we wanted to try the authentic Hatch chiles and sauces and your store allowed us to do just that. Everything we have had has huge depth of flavor and is super delicious. We received our products very fast and the experience has been nothing less than perfect. Thank you!”

“Having lived in the Las Cruces NM area for several years we have missed our fresh green chile since we moved away. We received our order a few days ago and have had several meals where we added this chile to our meal and love the flavor and freshness. We are very happy with our purchase!”

“I bought the roasted and peeled whole HOT peppers. Normally “hot” is medium to me, the first batch I prepared as chile verde with pork was more like XX HOT 🥵. Which is fine, it got less hot after a day or two and it’s better than buying hot and getting mild. I don’t know how the next 4 batches will be. Only thing I didn’t like was the peppers were tough and had to cook extra long … which may have brought out the heat from the seeds. Loved it though.”

“Ordered a large Chile Ristra, what was sent was beautiful and we hung it up right away. After 3 days we noticed a huge bug problem. The ristra was infested! My wife was heartbroken that we had to throw out her birthday present. We are very disappointed and cannot recommend.”

Hi Richard, I am so sorry! I must say, we have no had any other reports of ristras arriving with a bug issue. Unfortunetly, ristras do provide a safe haven for bugs that may be milling about. “Ordered chili 3 weeks before it finally got sent, nobody put 2and2 together when they finally sent that we were having a hurricane then. Chilli arrived half thawed because it took longer to deliver. Never had issues till now, not sure if I will do again...”
