“Usually I roast my own chile but this year I treated myself to a shipment of already-roasted/peeled/chopped and wow, what a great product. I got a 5-lb shipment and it arrived frozen, in 1-lb re-sealable bags. Now I've got lots of chile and didn't have to do any of the work. I will buy this again!”

“I ordered a box of the fresh red and also some of the frozen chopped green chile. Both arrived in perfect condition and I live in Pennsylvania! The fresh reds were great quality, with only a handful that were cracked but still usable as I bought these to make sauce. The frozen green chilies were beautifully cold packed (in fact I dont know how they offer such great shipping rates using all the shipping material that they did) and arrived rock solid even during the hot weather spike we had. I didn't take pictures of the green chile but here is one of the fresh reds. Highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store for quality ingredients and fantastic shipping rates. Thank you for making it possible for this NM girl to get her chile fix in PA!”

“Moved to the Pacific Northwest 30 years ago but still have to have my Hatch chile fix. Guess you can take the girl out of New Mexico but not New Mexico out of the girl! Had a snafoo with the delivery, not their fault but they still made it right. Count me as a loyal customer from here on.”

“First order had small chilis in the box but had great taste and cooked up great, the second order had bigger and thicker chilis in it, but was later in the growing season. Both orders were great and had a lot of flavor.”

“We live in Arkansas now and am so pleased to be able to get our hands on Hatch Chile. Our jarred green chile came quickly and reminds me of home. I'm looking forward to receiving our freeze dried green chile. Now all I need is to be able to smell the chile while it is roasting. Can ya'll make a scent of that? That would be worth the price of gold.”

“There's no substitute for Hatch chile! I moved to the Pacific Northwest and made Chile Colorado with the chiles I could find; no bueno. I used to travel to Hatch yearly for my fix, but ordered two bags of fresh, pliable red chiles instead. My son and nephew ate the whole pot! What more can I say! Thank you Hatch Chile Store!”

“The store offers great NM type products but the scoville range is way off. Medium chilies are very mild. There needs to be a way to determine how spicy a chili is prior to selling it so orders are precise.”

“The product I ordered arrived fresh and intact. I was a little disappointed as I ordered the medium chili and it seems rather mild. I don’t know if it was because of being late season. The flavor is enjoyable just not spicy at all.”

“I would give The Hatch Chile store twelve stars if I could. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and the product is amazing. Since moving to Tennessee, my green chile experiences have been minimal. I ordered 25lbs of medium spice fresh green chiles to (hopefully) get me through the winter. The box of chiles arrived perfectly. I didn't have to throw away a single chile out of the whole box, and they all met the roaster in short time. Once roasted, the chiles are savory and they have the perfect amount of zang. I will be returning for more in short time, i'm sure. Thanks y'all...”
