“I have been purchasing Hatch Chile for many years now. This is the first year that the word HOT wasnot what was expected. I feel Medium or even Mile would best describe it. Not sure why (season or wrong order) but I was disappointed with how mild the green roasted & chopped chiie was.”

“The Chili Rellenos were delivered frozen and in good form. I followed directions for air frying and they were delicious. I was somewhat surprised that New Mexico chilies are processed and shipped from Sacramento.”

No need to fret-those Hatch chile rellenos were hand-dipped and packaged right here in the Land of Enchantment! However, we do utilize distribution centers in order to fulfill orders from all across the US quickly and efficiently. Again, we thank you for your review, and have to say, one of our favorite heating methods for the rellenos is also the air fryer!

“I was born & raised in Los Lunas, NM and lived my adult life in Albuquerque. Needless to say that eating both red & green Hatch Chile. I recently moved out of state across the country and ordered chile for the autumn & winter season. Ordering online was super easy and I received it on time and frozen. I'll be placing more orders again.”

“The chilis are great. Already chopped and cleaned. They are great in hamburgers and in my eggs. I live in PA and no one here likes spicy food. Chilies here are hard to find. good to know i can get them from the Hatch Chili store.”

“Made my “world famous” salsa, green Chile chicken soup, and green Chile/ham quiche all in the first week I received it. I ordered hot and it did not disappoint. Excellent Chile and staff/store. I will definitely order again.”

“Order arrived when promised and in great condition . I often buy a case or two of roasted chilies from store when in season was out of town this year so ordered online very easy and great product Delivery took a month but I was told this at time of order so no problem”
