“They arrived in great condition. I roasted all 10 # and then divided them into gallon freezer bags and froze them, once frozen I mailed several bags to friends in various states that love hatch xhiles as much as I do. Since then I thawed out several to make chimmichurri- such a great smokey late heat.”

“My chile arrived and is excellent. I received a phone call to explain the possibility that I might not get hot as the lateness in the season of my order. They said they might possibly get hot, but it was a maybe. Hot arrived! I am SUPER happy with my purchase, and elated with the customer service. I will be customer-for-life!”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BOX OF CHILI'S. HEB IN CENTRAL TEXAS ONLY HAD ONE ROASTING EVENT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET ANY MORE BOXES. I WENT AHEAD AND POPPED FOR MAIL ORDER WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY 3 TO 4 TIMES WHAT IT COST AT STORE. THESE CHILIS DID NOT HAVE A GOOD FLAVOR AND WERE SO MUSHY AFTER PEELING THAT THEY WOULD NOT KEEP THEIR SHAPE AND BASICALLY ARE UNUSABLE FOR RELLENOS. I HAVE ROASTED CHILI FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. ORDERED RED LAST YEAR AND LOVE THEM AND STILL HAVE SOME.”

“I recently ordered green chili chicken tamales (which I dearly love) for myself and some for good friends. My package arrived no ice, but still cold, while my friends arrived a day later, no ice and warm to touch. I contacted Hatch Chili Store. They reshipped the tamales to my friends, they have rec'd the order STILL FROZEN and look forward to a great meal!! I thank you for correcting this bad situation. Now my friends can enjoy the tamales as much as I do!!”

“I specifically ordered *hot* chiles and they were! This had the advantage that I was not obliged to share them with anyone and had them all to myself. So far I have made a green-chile stew and it is spectacular. More chiles remain in my freezer. The chiles had to be shipped to me from Hatch NM to Seattle WA and they were packed with extraordinary care; they arrived still frozen, even though there was a weekend somewhere en route. Well done, Hatch Chile Store!”
