“Their peppers are VERY good, and with customer service, they do what they say. Had a slight problem handled right away, and the person who handled the problem was very pleasant with the whole situation and follow-up. The peppers are very meaty and seem very fresh. EXTREMELY SATISFIED ! ! ! ! ! !”

“I ordered hot chile from Lemitar. But was from Hatch. Absolutely no heat at all. The women that answer the phone are NOT HELPFUL AT ALL... They were in a hurry to get off the phone. I wanted to know why I got Hatch chile n was told that they ran out of Lemitar/Rosales chile. Very disappointed, especially being a NM native. Website needs to be self explanatory. It says ships in 2 days but didn't get it for 6 days as I was told y'all only ship on Tuesdays. It's not stated on website.”

“I got a quick delivery of a big box of beautiful green chiles sent all the way to DC. I grew up in the southwest, so I’m excited to get some fresh chiles to make some pork green Chile with out east here as the weather gets cooler. I also really liked that they sent the chiles just straight up in a box. No unnecessary packaging!”

“Sorry to say that I am highly disappointed, 1st time buyer and I will never buy your products ever again. I was born and raised in southern NM (south of Mesilla Park) and this chile does not come close to what I’m use to. reference order numbers 176515 and 178423 both have zero taste and no heat especially on the HOT, unfortunately we paid a lot for something that’s not going to be used.”

“Chiles arrived on time, fresh and delicious. I roast mine on a Weber grill, so there is no need to purchase a chile roaster. I freeze enough for a full year and they taste great!!”

“My first order was lost in shipment. Hatch Green Chile did great at getting a new order sent out as soon as they could pick a fresh batch. Will definitely order again as a New Mexican living In Oklahoma Hatch green chile is a must on our household.”

“I placed an order for 10lbs of fresh chiles to be delivered to the east coast of Florida. The week they were scheduled to arrive, hurricane Ian was due to make landfall in my state. I contacted the Hatch Chile Store, and they were able to delay the shipment until after the storm passed. My chiles arrived right on schedule and were in perfect shape.”

“Once you order your first box, it's unlikely it's not going to become a tradition. Chiles are top notch. We plan around their arrival now and have friends over to grill them up outside, make a huge meal and divvy up the rest of the chiles for everyone to take home. That party is growing every year.”

“We made several orders to the Hatch Chile store -- some fresh and some frozen. All the deliveries were on time and in good shape. We roasted about 35 pounds of fresh chiles over our backyard firepit, peeled them and then canned them (using a pressure canner). The smell of roasted Hatch chilies is so wonderful! They canned beautifully but our supply is shrinking rapidly as almost everything we cook these days seems to benefit from some roasted chiles! I am seriously considering your apple and Hatch chili galette recipe!”

“I grew up in New Mexico I moved away( like 1,000 miles away) and I really missed home especially the green chile. I was so happy and excited to see you could bring a little bit of home to my doorstep! I will be a lifelong customer you made this New Mexican girl so very happy!!!”
