“I ordered for the first time fresh Hatch chilis. As I live in Minnesota, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to have them arrive as fresh as if I had bought them in Hatch, New Mexico. I made my first batch of green chili using the Hatch chilis on Monday, they make the difference over store-bought cans, which is what you can only find in Minnesota. I hope my supply last over the long cold Minnesota winter ahead of me. Thank you Hatch Chili Store!”

“Unfortunately I made a huge mistake and was on vacation when they arrived. I thought that I would be home by the time they would be shipped. No worries, totally my fault. I will be sure to be more careful next year as I will order again. Thank you.”

“I just received 25 lbs of fresh Hatch chili's and I am so happy with the quality and the fast shipping. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to roast all of them on my BBQ. After placing them in plastic bags, I waited for them to cool, peeled them and they all fit in 14 quart freezer bags. I'm a happy buyer! They peeled so easily too!! Sharon”

“If you are looking for fresh Hatch Chile this is definitely the place to purchase. The staff is very friendly as we communicated a few times through email. They give a fast response and really aim to make each customer satisfied. My first purchase was the 10 pounds of hot but with seeds and all we did not get that hot flavor we were looking for so we ended up ordering another 10 pounds of extra hot. We still leave the seeds in and the extra hot is just right for my family but both do have amazing flavor and were delivered fresh. The only thing that I did not like was they only guarantee the freshness of their product if you pay for the quick shipping and it’s 30 dollars.”

“We ordered 100lbs of xhot from the Hatch Chile Store! It is HOT! Perfect heat! It is our first year ordering from them. I was raised on green chile and have been away from home for over 27 years. We live in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The whole experience from getting the wrong heat level (mild) to getting the correct order was very smooth. There was no problem in getting things fixed. Awesome customer service from beginning to end! I’m very excited to have a new family to order from.”

“The Hatch Chile store is amazing!! Ordering the Chile was a simple process. Receiving it was amazing you open the box and the smell of fresh Chile fills your house. I ordered from Hawaii and had it shipped here to my home and it arrived three days later just like they said it would. I only had a couple of bad chiles but I expected that being shipped so far. Can’t wait to to order more . I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!”

“So not that it was your fault, Due to hurricane Ian I had to make an emergency trip to South Florida and the chilis were delivered and we lost all of them. Thinking back on the rain delay and our shipment of chilis I think we could have a better process for shipment notification. Just for the record, I know Mother nature played a big part in my order. Food for thought for next season.”
