“I love everything that you have! I roasted my red chilies and peeled them and froze them in small bags as I use both red and green in almost everything I cook. I have a few new recipes I would like to submit, how do I do that? Thank you for great product and service!😁🤗”

“This is my first year buying the Hatch Chilis online. I ordered the Red Hatch Chilis so I knew that they would arrive later in the season. They arrived in October, and totally worth the wait! They were beautiful and fresh. I immediately roasted them. The taste was great. I only regret that I didn’t order more.”

“I enjoyed receiving the chilies. The only hiccup I encountered was I had never tried to dry chilies that was this large, that where already red. I usually use string or thread, but the chilies where heavy and kept breaking. They also have more water in them, than green ones. I finally did use fishing line and strung them. But I realized that they where developing more liquid. So I put them in the oven on low heat and dried them as much a I could. Next year I will order green ones. And dry them that way.”

“Great Chilies this year!!! Best year ever. 75 pounds and only three substandard chilies. They were plump, meaty and so much flavor!! This is the best mail order company if you don’t live in NM. Their other products are excellent as well. I buy the jars of red chili and enchilada sauce often. If you don’t have a roaster like I do, you can’t go wrong with their frozen products.”

“I ordered for the first time fresh Hatch chilis. As I live in Minnesota, I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to have them arrive as fresh as if I had bought them in Hatch, New Mexico. I made my first batch of green chili using the Hatch chilis on Monday, they make the difference over store-bought cans, which is what you can only find in Minnesota. I hope my supply last over the long cold Minnesota winter ahead of me. Thank you Hatch Chili Store!”

“Unfortunately I made a huge mistake and was on vacation when they arrived. I thought that I would be home by the time they would be shipped. No worries, totally my fault. I will be sure to be more careful next year as I will order again. Thank you.”
