“Every year we get some outside chile decorations for our house in Tucson. We have been very happy with the treated red chile decorations. We often receive very positive comments from visitors. Richard (retired Navy pilot)”

“If you think you like chile, you will like Hatch Chile. I'm not a local, but I've been lucky to be in Hatch, NM for harvest. HCS is as good as having a local farmer on speed dial. I'm only ever disappointed when they run out of the limited supply. Get your orders in pronto.”

“I've been using Hatch Chilies since I discovered them while visiting Albuquerque, NM more than 30 years ago. I had a friend's parents pick some that were roasted, I flew in, picked them up, got back on the plane and flew home to Phoenix. In recent years, some friends I went to graduate school with visited a colleague, and we had some roasted and took to our respective homes, Washington and Florida.”

“Received my medium chopped green chile in good order. Made a fantastic batch of green chile stew, and saved some in the freezer. I also had green chile in scrambled eggs for breakfast. I am so happy!!”

“We moved to the South and had no idea Green Chile was not a mexican stable everywhere! Well South never even heard of it! Missing it so much I purchased whole frozen chile's and first day made a huge batch to smother everything! It was freshly frozen gold. Easy to order and it came within the 2 Days for shipping still frozen. Couldn't be happier!😋”

“this is the worst chile i have i ordered a 4 bag in my husband name hector ibarra when it came it came with moths so i threw it out did not complain then i ordered under my name cristina ibarra i ordered hot first this is not new mexico chile i know what new mexico chile looks like i’m so disappointed in my orders that over $100 lost thanks for nothing”

“Great product, fast delivery. I lived in New Mexico for 2 years and when I moved to Florida i thought i would never have good green chili again. I was very surprised and happy that they delivered all the way to Florida and nothing ever spoiled Highly recommend this company 😎”
