“My order of HOT peppers arrived in a timely fashion and were fresh and in fantastic shape! We roasted them ourselves and froze in individual packages for future use. We made a batch of chili verde and my goodness were the peppers delicious and HOT! WHEW! Just as ordered! TY.”

“Came and all was wonderful as always. One box we roasted and froze, the other we roasted, peeled and canned! Had some of it on a pizza a couple of nights ago - fantastic! Can't wait to have more :)”

“I preordered fresh green chile but was worried it would be delivered while I was out of town. I emailed requesting to hold my order until after a specific time period and they were very responsive and accommodating to my request. The chile arrived quickly and tastes great! Just the right heat I was hoping for. I will definitely order more in the future.”

“The fresh chilis arrive in great condition. You may get a couple with a spot or whatever, but nothing to dissuade you from ordering these mouth watering treats! The ristras are awesome as well. I've been a satisfied customer for 5 yrs now, I think, and look forward to this time of year. I've actually ordered a 2nd batch to arrive this week! “The best source for New Mexico Hatch Chile. Customer service is still pretty good. Sometimes maybe growing faster than they can handle as it takes a little longer to get a response than in the past. I called and also emailed and took more than 12 hours and less than a week which were my options below. .At least you can still talk to a human being instead of a robot. I love their fresh and dried chile. This years Big Jim crop not as meaty but Mother Nature has her way at times.”

“1 box of chili was fine and then other had only two or three with the tip that was turning brown but tat was the fault of fed ex because they failed to deliver that box to my front door.”

“The chilies are fantastic. Thank you. The delivery was as adversities. Every chili arrived in great condition. The only bad part is the price. The $100 for 50# of chilies is a little high, but the $184 for delivery was way over the top. As good as these chilies are, they are not worth $284 for 50#. I do not think I will order them again. I’ll have to find another way to get them. Thanks, Scott”

“Sorry to say, after much anticipation - it was an anti climax. Actually, a disappointment. Many of the chilis were old - soft and wrinkled, some were even broken. I saw better ones in the supermarkets. Not a great experience. I roasted what I could and will be interested to see how long they maintain their flavour, in view of their deterioration. I'm sure the heat had something to do with it, but in this case, not worth the expense.”

“This is my second year ordering fresh chilis from the Hatch Chili Store- they are delicious and your customer service is amazing! My 25lb box of Big Jim’s arrived on time and the peppers were beautiful. I roasted them on my gas grill and now have them stored in my freezer ready to use as needed. Looking forward to the box of red peppers! Thanks for being such a great company and for providing great service, it’s rare these days!”

“I've ordered chiles from The Hatch Chile Store almost every year for the last 5 years. This year I decided to pre-order and was incredibly happy with the result. I ordered a total of 75 lbs of chile that arrived this past week. I'm about 2/3 of the way through roasting and freezing them and I've already made green chile chicken enchiladas and a batch of veggie enchiladas for a friend. As always the quality and flavor of the chile is outstanding.”
