“Disappointed in this years crop, size wise I couldn’t tell the difference in the medium and the hot. In the past the medium were mostly larger and thicker. I use the medium for chili rellenos but not this year. Chargers are the best but don’t se them on your list”

“For someone from NM who has a hard time getting chiles, these guys have been amazing. The shipment got here fast, super-fresh, and the chiles are meaty and taste great. I'll be ordering more.”

“I have ordered from the Hatch Chili Store several times and every order is fresh and in great condition. Fast shipping and check out their recipes too. I live in Florida and green chili doesn’t exist down here, their idea of Mexican food is Taco Bell. Luckily I make a mean green chili and the hatch chilis are the best.”

“I live in Hawaii & i haven’t been disappointed with ordering from the Hatch Chile store these past few years, my fresh green Chile arrived fresh as if it was picked that very day. UPS delivered right to my front door..amazing!!! Sorry, forgot to take photos..too excited to start roasting & freezing!!! I would like to add that I use to live in Las Cruces & tried other Green chiles from other places but Hatch Green chile has the best taste & they always send me their freshest product.”

“My chilies were delivered on time and were very fresh. I've had problems in previous shipments from other companies with a high spoil rate. Not so with my shipment from the Hatch Chile Store! I was able to roast enery one of the 40 lbs. of chilies they shipped. And the chiles were absolutely delicious!”

“I have ordered Chile twice. Both times I received excellent results. The most recent was a 25lb of xhot raw green Chile. I pre-paid and I was kept informed about my order. When I received my order,...while I have to say my expectations where exceeded. The Chile was beautiful! I was also given some very helpful information on how to best roast the chile. I am currently in CA., however I am from CO, where we had roasters on corners seasonally. I am very happy to be enjoying my delicious Hatch green chili. Thank you 😊”

“A great place to do business. I first visited based on trusted recommendations, but now I'm an addict. Hatch peppers, Hatch chile rellenos, and I even purchased a small pepper roaster. I haven't used it yet, but I have great confidence that the quality of the roaster will equal the quality of the other products. Just place an order - you won't be disappointed!”

“We overnighted 10 pounds of hot, green hatch chilis fresh after a lot of consultation with Pam about heat and processing. Pam was so utterly wonderful and answered the multiple emails with questions before we ordered. The chilis came on time and we’re in excellent condition. We roasted and processed them tonight! Excellent service all the way around. Thanks so much for helping us transition from the southwest to the southeast while all while accessing a taste of home!”
