“I have ordered from Hatch Chile Store before during difficult times. They have always provided updates and I always received my Chile. The last couple of years were not great Chile harvests, but the Chile I received this year was exactly what I wanted, (extra hot) and it arrived in great condition. This is a great store to order from and I will continue to be a repeat customer.”

“It is fantastic to be able to get these wonderful chilies straight from the farm. Nothing tastes quite like a Hatch chile. We sit on the edge of our chairs every year anticipating the harvest. I am so glad that I discovered your company so we can have them delivered so fresh! Everyone admires my green chili, and we also make the most fantastic sauces with your peppers. Thank you!”

“Fairly happy with this year's order. A lot of that is due to the shipping method (FedEx) FedEx is horrendous here and destroys about as much as they deliver. About half of the peppers were really wilted but edible. Next year, I'll figure out a different way to get them here. Still love your product just not the shipping”

“Last years batch was a bust with the floods. I’m thankful this year was a redeemer! The Chile arrived in perfect condition with less than 5 damaged pods in 50 lbs! The level of heat met our family’s expectations! We love roasting and packaging our own stock! It was great! Thank you for all of your hard work in delivering perfection!”

“The chiles are the best! With expedited shipping they come fresh and green and can be stored in a refrigerator for up to a week before roasting, if needed. This year our chiles arrived 1 week early, but understand there were shipping difficulties due to the uncertainty of the crop this year. I expect it will be right on time next year!”
