“As always, all 75 lbs of Chiles showed up on time and in great shape (had them shipped to Alabama). They smelled amazing as I opened the boxes, smelled even better while I roasted them, and taste fabulous. Already made a large pot of green chile and a relleno casserole. You can’t go wrong with these Chiles. We got hot, medium and mild.”

“Eagerly waiting for the arrival of my box of Hatch Chilles has become a welcomed summer ritual. As usual, my box arrived as promised and the chiles were in excellent condition. I worked quickly this year and tried some new approaches to roasting the chiles which made the assembly line of cleaning and processing them very productive. We had our first Hatch chile pizza and omelets this past weekend and look forward to many more meals throughout the year.”

“Love the people that I have worked with at Hatch Chile, and love their product. Everything we have gotten has been great. I will say I don't always buy frozen, as it tastes like a freezer... but their stuff has always come with great flavor... my family does not even realize I didn't make it from scratch.”

“I have hatch chiles before in restaurants, but this year I decided to buy some from New Mexico. Sooo glad I did. I ordered medium and they have some heat but not too much. There is just something special about these chiles. When I add it to any Mexican dish or salsa, but my favorite is chile soup. Doesn't overpower any of the other flavors, but it adds a noticeable, delicious accent.”

“Born and raised in the North valley of Albuquerque, 4th generation New Mexican. Love Good Red and Green Chile!!! After 60 years I moved to Texas and you all know about Tex-Mex!!!!! What to do for our chile fix??? Hatch Chile Store is the answer!!! 2 day mail had me 30 lbs and it’s now roasted, peeled and in the freezer!!! (Well some already got ate) It fresh, big & meaty and the hot is perfect! Great service, fast shipping, fresh and well packaged!!! Thanks to everyone involved in getting a great product to my Texas door!!”
