“The chiles came on time and were very fresh. Only two or three had very minor blemishes but the rest (10lbs. ) were perfectly shaped and blemish free.”

“We preordered our Hatch green chili and were notified when it was shipped. It was packaged in a sturdy box and arrived on time. We shared some with friends and enjoyed roasting, peeling and chopping them. We put them in small containers and put them in the freezer for later. We highly recommend Hatch Chili Store.”

“The order was 2 days late because as use of ups failures to deliver on time. The child was delivered to Advsbce auto parts where we had to pick up. Afterxwe got utcwexwere tickled. It arrived in good condtion and we roasted right away. The chile is perfect and we hot quite a few Big Jims. Th a nk you.”

“As I wrote to you last week, I received my Hatch Chiles quicker than expected and in excellent condition. They were ALL beautiful and smelled outstanding! I miss a lot of things when we moved from NM in 2006, and Hatch chiles are one of the most missed items; I'm glad I found your store so I can order them and keep a little bit of NM with me. “Unfortunately my order in 2023 was not as good as in years past due to record heat. The Chiles were very small and thin with very few having enough meat to make Chile rellenos. I’ll be back next year and hope the heat isn’t as bad so you all have a better crop.”

“My order was placed in advance of the season: Fresh Chile 8lbs Hot & 8 lbs Medium as well as 5 lbs of frozen hot to tide me over till harvest. The frozen arrived quickly here in VA fully frozen and ready for the freezer. I received timely notification of the fresh shipment in August. The shipments arrived in perfect condition...one box for hot & one for medium...the box of hot was labled by heat level the other was unmarked. I'm a repeat customer of many years since moving away from Albuquerque and have never been disappointed in the Hatch products or their outstanding service. Highly recommended no matter what your chile addiction may be. I roasted the chile within a day of arrival using my propane burner...the aroma was amazing.”

“Order received, with no issues. I think the moisture pack in the shipment helps, as the last order I received had some chilis that had started to rot. It's all been roasted and vacuum sealed and in the freezer.”
