“ordered 50 lbs of xtra hot chiles arrived in good condition. Onlky a handful of peppers were bad but it's expected to travel across the country.”

“Customer service is amazing!. Shipper destroyed 50 lbs worth of green chilis. Discarded 25 lbs and delivered 25 lbs worth of rotting smashed mess! Hatch Chili Store already knew about the problem with shipping and assured me they would replace entire shipment. 4 days later 50 lbs arrived in great shape and with awesome flavor. This relocated Arizona native is in heaven! Will definitely order again next year!”

“The is nothing like fresh hatch chilies to brighten you day, zing your palate, delight your meals in every way! Chilies arrived perfectly fresh and ready to prepare for all our favorite Chile dishes. When we had an issue with a late delivery due to a weather event, Preston provided excellent and responsive customer service. We are happy customers! Thinking about ordering? Just do it! “Back during the plague of 2020-23 we had a crate of fresh chiles to South Carolina. They got hit by heat and pandemic delays and rotted. I didn't care but they sent me a full replacement the next week. Extraordinary.”

“I was very disappointed with my order. The green chile tortillas were broken up and I couldn't use all of them. My red chile tortillas tasted great but quite a few had slices in them which stopped me from making my enchiladas. I would appreciate a new order,not sure if it was the shipping on handler. Thank you Bob Craig”
