“Hatch chile is the BEST! I would drive to Hatch, New Mexico if I had to. I missed the yearly roast in my town and ordered online for a year's supply. Hope I don't miss next year's roast.”

“Glad you should ask! Received a delay notice because of rain, the note said my order would be shipped the next week. When the next week arrived got another delay notice and in this note it said it would ship one day later, by now I'm feeling like I just got scammed. I had to call and find out about when my order was going to get here. At least you could have gave me a coupon or something like a discount for the next order or free shipping or anything since I was put back on my plans to roast it and that'll why I ordered it fresh this whole experience was not good especially because of all the scammers on the net. And me being a new customer you would think that after all that you would try to keep me coming back! But in the end my box finally got here when I no longer had the help to roast all the chilies. Thank you”

“Thank you Hatch Chile Store! The Chile came sooner than expected. I could smell them as soon as I saw the box in the courier's hands and they smelled wonderful. Not a single spoiled one in the box. They are/were worth waiting for, they smell and taste so good. Never anything but Hatch Chile for my family from now on, Thanks again”

“Ordered 10 lb Big Jim's. Roasted all an prepacked, froze for future use. I have used a couple of pounds for pork green chili Verde. 👌. Only comment no recipe booklet this year?”

“Your chiles are wonderful !! I had called the Whole Foods store in the Dallas Tx area about roasted chiles and was told they were not roasting them as the season was over !! So I phoned my sister who lives in New Mexico and she gave me a box for my birthday and the were so delicious I ordered a second one !! Can’t wait to try your dry spices.”

“We haven’t had fresh chilies since we lived in the west. This was truly a welcome treat. The chili’s arrived fresher than we have gotten on the roadside stands in the Denver area. We will definitely be ordering again.”

“I’ve been ordering chiles from THCS for the last 15 years and would prefer to give them 10 stars (at the least)! Always communicative, helpful, friendly and the chiles arrive on time and with so much flavor! No spoilage at all in this years 50 lbs, delivered to FL. I recommend them to everyone! “Received my order in excellent condition one bad chili in a 25 pound box of medium, excellent customer service kept me informed on shipment status shipped on Wednesday because of rain delay and received on Thursday. Excellent product.”

“Chiles arrived in perfect shape. As you can never tell how hot they are going to be, I ordered 10lbs of mild and they are very mild. I also ordered 4 lbs of medium and they turned out to be perfect for me. Last year I bought a bunch of mediums (not from the Chile Store) and they were fire. Too hot but this years YUM!”

“Arrived right on time and fresh. Roasted and froze them the day they go here. Have used ion a couple of dishes and they are delicious. The hot chiles are HOT as they should be.”

“Chile was pick to early it was not fully ready to be picked!!! When I roster the Chile the seeds turned black in color because chile was not ready to be picked! Chile was also delayed a week on shipping! Granted the shipping was not on you guys it was weather related issues! But picking chile you guys should be having quality checks on the pickers because this is the 3 year in a row it has happened and I even. Wait till September to order and am willing to wait longer if it is needed to get the quality of the Chile being picked”
