“Received my chilies today--a day early!! They are just beautiful. I am a Happy Customer and will definitely send for more orders. Customer Service has been the BEST! Emailed every step to mailing, answered all emails promptly, and are available for questions. These qualities are uncommon in today's e-commerce and traditional face to face business as well.”

“I ordered the small roaster for our son who lives on the east coast and orders chilis from your store every year. He was roasting the chilies on his grill. Since his birthday was coming up, we decided this would be the perfect gift. He really liked the roaster.”

“I live in Florida and I received my hot hatch Chile's. Delivered by UPS the peppers were easily 120 degrees because the back of Ups truck in Florida is about easily 135 degree s here. The peppers looked like they were pick 7 to 10 day ago. They were old when they shipped. The cut part of the stems were black. Never again will I buy from the hatch Chile store.”

“I was so excited to get my chili and then when it arrived, I realized I forgot to order pre-roasted and so I spent the weekend roasting 20 pounds of chili that was so spicy and delicious. It will keep me warm through the winter!”

“I enjoy the recipes they send out. I have ordered 3 years in a row, I bought 75 pounds this year, I was concerned about how they would stay fresh while I worked to get them all done, to my happy suprise the 3rd box looked as good as the 1st, I only lost 3 to spoil..I am so happy”
