“My chilies arrived overnight as promised. They were packaged well and in great condition. They must have had a dry summer as a high percentage of the chilies were small. Excellent quality and flavor though.”

“We bought a 25 lb box of mild as our first purchase. I had gotten some from a local store a year ago and my wife went wild over them. They didn't come back this year so we searched out the Hatch Chili Store and decided to get some. Ordered late one week and it was like Thursday the next week they were here. I roasted them on the grill over a three day period and now they are in the freezer just waiting for my wife to use, or just eat out of hand.”

“Received the order in record time. The only thing I thought was the price of the fresh chilies seemed too high. I know the shipping costs, etc. are causing some of the cost. But, when my grocery stores have fresh and roasted the cost is nowhere near that high.”

“The chilies were small, the xhot was more like mild to medium. I found bigger and hotter chilies at a local food store for about 1/4 of the price.”

“This company has two priorities, customer satisfaction and their chiles. One of my boxes of Chiles came in poor condition and they sent me a new box immediately, I just paid for shipping. I’m very pleased and a happy camper, I have Chiles now for the year! Lori”

“My husband & I grew up in northern New Mexico and since moving to the Pacific Northwest, have been ordering chile from these good folks to fill our chile freezer. I've just placed my 3rd order for the 25 lb box of fresh HOT green chile from these folks. The online ordering is easy, the shipping is quick and the chile arrives fresh and ready to roast on our table-top roaster. We roast the chiles out in the driveway and our neighbors love to come over and smell that wonderful New Mexico aroma! It's the next best thing to being back in the Land of Enchantment every Fall! “I am from Albuquerque but I moved away many years ago. For a long time I thought the only way I could get hatch was going back to New Mexico or try having a friend ship them to me. Then I stumbled upon the hatch chili store and my life has forever been complete. There chili is delicious and their service is amazing. Keep up the good work!!”

“These folks are the best! I placed two orders with them this chile season. My first order with them, my chile arrived ruined. I emailed them with pictures and they had replacement chile out to me in no time! Talk about standing behind your guarentee! My second order arrived perfect . I have ordered both Big Jims and the hot chile and every last chile was big, meaty, and the best flavor. Their customer service is amazing. We communicated via email and I heard back from them in less than 30 minutes. They really care about their customers. I will continue to order from them year after year!”

“The Hatch Chile story not only sends wonderfully fresh chiles, but also has great customer service. Due to a shipping mishap (not the store’s fault) a shipment arrived too late and was moody. The Hatch Chile Store was quick to respond and replace the damaged chiles. Great customer service and products!”
