“Chiles arrived in Philadelphia on time and were in perfect condition. Made green Chile chicken enchiladas for Eagles opening game! Almost as good as being in New Mexico.”

“Loving this year’s batch of green chile!! Had a roasting party a week ago with good reviews from all my friends. This year they are a nice hot heat and flavorful. We are all sharing recipes and new ideas to use our chiles. Such a fun harvest 🌶️😋🌶️😋🌶️”

“We Love the green chili seasoning but were very disappointed with the green chili. We normally get a full bushel from a different farm for slightly less than we paid for the small box we got b from the hatch store. Additionally the chilis that are not big Jim's were much smaller and harder to peel.”

“As always my 25 lbs of the fresh Hatch Chiles came on time and none were damaged or rotten. I have been buying from the Hatch Chile Store for years now and they ship them to me up here in Montana with no problems.”

“Very easy to order your green chili! They advise you to do the one day shipping so there is no spoilage. I paid the extra and it is worth every penny! I rec’d my chilies and they were fresh, in great shape, not one chili was bad and had them roasted and in the freezer by the next day! I will continue to do business with this company as they have great service and great product! I gave my neighbors their contact as they came over and saw my chili. They have a box on the way!”

“I live in SC and had my order shipped overnight. I ordered two boxes of Xhot Chile and only received one the next day due to UPS shipping. I did get the second box a day late but the Chile was in excellent condition and it all tastes great!”

“I could not be more pleased with the quality and freshness of my Chiles.The delivery was super fast just as promised, and arrived the day after I got shipment notification. I lived in New Mexico for many years and didn’t get back there this year so this worked out perfectly. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and it’s still hot here so I was a little worried but the chiles were perfect! Good job Hatch Chile Store!👍”

“I ordered 10 pounds of hot chiles and they arrived in beautiful condition. They were too hot for my family (but not for me) so I bought a second box of medium chiles. They arrived fresh and ready for roasting. Thank you!”

“The chiles were shipped as expected, were all fresh, and were as spicy as I selected. I have kids, so I chose "medium" and they were about on par with a jalapeno. Years ago I ordered a "very hot" batch and they were very intense yet somewhat mellow to the tongue compared to other peppers of a similar spice. I like making chili verde with these or sauteeing them to top eggs or cheeseburgers.”

“I ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim chiles, and they arrived very fresh, one day after they were picked. We roasted them the next day, relished a few tasty ones, and have several bags frozen in our freezer now! The service was awesome at a reasonable price! I have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store for several years now and I will continue going back!”
