“I’ve been ordering chiles from THCS for the last 15 years and would prefer to give them 10 stars (at the least)! Always communicative, helpful, friendly and the chiles arrive on time and with so much flavor! No spoilage at all in this years 50 lbs, delivered to FL. I recommend them to everyone! Thanks again to THCS for supporting my addiction!”

“Received my order in excellent condition one bad chili in a 25 pound box of medium, excellent customer service kept me informed on shipment status shipped on Wednesday because of rain delay and received on Thursday. Excellent product.”

“Chiles arrived in perfect shape. As you can never tell how hot they are going to be, I ordered 10lbs of mild and they are very mild. I also ordered 4 lbs of medium and they turned out to be perfect for me. Last year I bought a bunch of mediums (not from the Chile Store) and they were fire. Too hot but this years YUM!”

“Arrived right on time and fresh. Roasted and froze them the day they go here. Have used ion a couple of dishes and they are delicious. The hot chiles are HOT as they should be.”

“Chile was pick to early it was not fully ready to be picked!!! When I roster the Chile the seeds turned black in color because chile was not ready to be picked! Chile was also delayed a week on shipping! Granted the shipping was not on you guys it was weather related issues! But picking chile you guys should be having quality checks on the pickers because this is the 3 year in a row it has happened and I even. Wait till September to order and am willing to wait longer if it is needed to get the quality of the Chile being picked”

“I ordered 25 lbs of Medium Chiles and I had only 2 chiles that were not perfect so I will not even count that as spoilage. Ordering Next Day is the way to go! First time buyer, very satisfied with the product and delivery!”

“Excellent customer service, and deliciously fresh products. Hatch Chile Store stands behind the products they sell and always provide the best chile, whether it is fresh or dried. I ordered two 16 ounce bags of hot dried red chile peppers. The peppers are freshly dried, not leftovers from last year. They will make excellent batches red chile sauce to freeze for this next year. Thank you for your excellent customer service and providing delicious New Mexican products for all of us chile lovers!!!”

“I was disappointed in the first batch of chili they sent I live in North Carolina and hatch chili is like gold to me. They sent me a new box and all I payed was shipping. “Received Chile in two days which was great, but some Chile was very small two to four inches in length and some of the Chile was not as meaty as a medium should be, with a lot of broken pieces, only got 46 bags of Chile with 8 Chiles to a bag. In years past Chile has been great.”
