“Ordered on Monday received them on Wednesday, fantastic!! From NM to upstate NY(Saratoga area) Chilies were in good shape, no spoilage. I ordered the medium peppers, just the right word heat. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Hatch chile is the BEST! I would drive to Hatch, New Mexico if I had to. I missed the yearly roast in my town and ordered online for a year's supply. Hope I don't miss next year's roast.”

“Glad you should ask! Received a delay notice because of rain, the note said my order would be shipped the next week. When the next week arrived got another delay notice and in this note it said it would ship one day later, by now I'm feeling like I just got scammed. I had to call and find out about when my order was going to get here. At least you could have gave me a coupon or something like a discount for the next order or free shipping or anything since I was put back on my plans to roast it and that'll why I ordered it fresh this whole experience was not good especially because of all the scammers on the net. And me being a new customer you would think that after all that you would try to keep me coming back! But in the end my box finally got here when I no longer had the help to roast all the chilies. Thank you”

“Thank you Hatch Chile Store! The Chile came sooner than expected. I could smell them as soon as I saw the box in the courier's hands and they smelled wonderful. Not a single spoiled one in the box. They are/were worth waiting for, they smell and taste so good. Never anything but Hatch Chile for my family from now on, Thanks again”

“Your chiles are wonderful !! I had called the Whole Foods store in the Dallas Tx area about roasted chiles and was told they were not roasting them as the season was over !! So I phoned my sister who lives in New Mexico and she gave me a box for my birthday and the were so delicious I ordered a second one !! Can’t wait to try your dry spices.”
