“A friend of mine visited The Hatch Chile Store and brought me a few jars of various kinds. The flavor is outstanding and unbeatable. I ordered a variety case and went through it in a month. I have received more compliments on my chilis using hatch chilis (all three, green, red and mixed), than I ever have. The green is the best, especially when making chicken chili or chicken enchiladas. The customer service is just as outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I refer The Hatch Chili Store to all my cooking friends and relatives and I highly recommend their sauces and chilis. Fresh and Awesome!”

“The Pork Tamales are great, as are the Chiles Rellenos. I'd like to share how I cook them. I solely use a microwave oven. For the Tamales on a microwave safe plate, I place 2 Tamales and cover with a glass lid. I defrost for 3 minutes, turn over, defrost for 2 minutes, then heat on High for 3 minutes. For the Chiles Rellenos: Again on the same plate and lid combo - 2 Rellenos - defrost for 3 minutes, turn over, defrost 3 minutes - then heat on high for 3 minutes. For me all were perfect. (My order was mis-delivered to a neighbor.)”

“We received the tamales and rellanos, and they are very good. We lived in Ruidoso for around 10 years so became very acquainted with hatch chiles! We do miss that!”

“I’m in snowy frozen New England this winter but I’ve got a big supply of Hatch roasted chile, which I’ve been using in all sorts of great ways. A spoonful of chile verde can transport me to all my favorite places in New Mexico!”
