“I ordered two packages of Chile Rellenos, and they arrived on time and in good order. I so far have had a couple for dinner, and I am quite happy with them. I do plan on ordering them again when I am in the mood to Chile Rellenos.”

“I’m in snowy frozen New England this winter but I’ve got a big supply of Hatch roasted chile, which I’ve been using in all sorts of great ways. A spoonful of chile verde can transport me to all my favorite places in New Mexico!”

“I had been begging the Hatch folks for hotter chiles than their usual Sandia (which have great flavor, just not hot enough for me), which would be roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped (and frozen). Well, I just received 15 pounds of the Lumbre extra hot chiles that were roasted, peeled, and chopped (and frozen). Great heat and flavor. Wonderful in my green chili. The only negative, and one they warned about, was a lot of seeds. In my next batch of green chili, I'm going to put the chiles in a bowl of water and see if the seeds will float and can be strained out. (I will then use the water in my chili.) Well recommended and thanks.”

“Sadly we are very disappointed. I wish we hadn’t ordered so much. We ordered 25 pounds of extra hot and not only do they have absolutely zero heat they have very little flavor. I don’t know if we received mislabeled product or what. When I roast our and freeze them, we don’t lose any flavor or intensity, if anything it’s the opposite. We have used 1 pound and have 24 to go. With any luck we just got a mislabeled baggie and the others will be right but what are the chances.”

Hello Rick, We only use chile grown in the heart of the Hatch Valley to hand make our rellenos and tamales right here in Southern New Mexico. They arrive on your doorstep in 100% recyclable packaging frozen solid. All of our Tamales, Rellenos, and Roasted Chile are shipped for free anywhere in the lower 48 states. I would like to point out it is extremely expensive to ship a frozen product with dry ice. I also want to make sure you know about our buy more save more discounts! When you purchase 2 packages of rellenos/tamales/roasted chile you receive a 20% discount, if you purchase 3+ packages of rellenos/tamales/roasted chile you receive a 30% discount. “I have written reviews before and always given you a 5 star, however, when I received my last order one of the jars had broken and salsa was on the other jars and it was a mess. I reached out because your website guarantees worry free shipping. I never heard anything. There was poor packaging (one little piece of bubble wrap) and I even took a picture of what it looked like when I sent the email. I am disappointed in your customer service and will be cancelling my monthly order.”

“Just a pleasure to have toothpickless and stemless hatch chiles filled with cheese. They thaw quickly and fry up like champs. If I am nitpicking I wish the cheese had a little more flavor, but it will not stop me from reordering as soon as I finish my first dozen. I definitely recommend them to lazy relleno lovers.”
