“I first saw the chili pepper cross in NM while vacationing this summer. I ordered one online and received my cross within a few days of ordering. The cross was well packaged and looks amazing on my entrance door. I highly recommend the Hatch Chili Store.”

“It is now 12/4/23, and I haven't received my order yet. When I placed the order, I placed an identical order in my brothers name. He received his last week, but mine has yet to arrive. When should I expect my order to arrive?”

Good morning, Your order was shipped on November 29. This was the same day your brother's was shipped. We are not sure why there was a delay. “As a family we would make tamales every holiday season. Missing that tradition I order tamales from the Hatch Chile Store. Sad to say I was a little disappointed. The masa stuck to the husks in the chicken green chile tamales & the masa was extremely crumbly and dry, not moist at all in both the green chicken chile and red chile pork tamales. However the masa did not stick to the husks in the red chile pork. The pork tamales also has a lot more flavor than the chicken tamales.”

“I eat a bottle of salsa Verde a week. I try different products all the time. Not at a red fan. The green 575 is the best ever. I only wish the shipping was better. Makes it double price and expensive”

“THANK YOU to all! I placed a last minute order (thanks to my hubby mentioning his cooking skills were requested) on 11/16 and to our surprise, as we visited family in CA (from RI) we were pleasantly surprised to see the chile delivery on Wed, 11/22! Fast, and just what we expected from you! Our niece wanted to learn how our family makes green chile and was taught using your medium level peppers. Delicious! Thanks again for making our family experience a truly memorable and tasty one!”

“Products and delivery were great. Bought a dried chile wreath, which arrived in perfect shape. Also was enticed with some frozen tamales, which were shipped on dry ice all the way to the east coast. They arrived still solidly frozen and in good shape. Flavor was excellent. The Chile wreath is also eatable but the web site description is a bit confusing because it starts off with "not treated (eatable)" which gets abbreviated on screen to "not" (eatable). Double check which one you are ordering but the end result is great.”
