“Hello, I received these today on my porch I am not sure were they have been but man do they ever stink and liquid coming out of the box. Fed ex tracking number 397817419718 I did receive a box in October with 2 white boxes of peeled , but not sure were these poor Chile have been. Order number HATC-102549 Thanks Brandi Schmitt God Bless You. Emailed you to let you know but haven’t received any reply.”

“My son came to visit us in CA from Missouri in August. He was planning on passing through NM on his way home to pick up some Hatch Chilies but got there too late and nothing was opened. I decided to mail him some as an extra birthday present. He said they looked so fresh and was extremely pleased with them. The folks were so nice and kept in touch with me as I was wanting them to get there before he had shoulder surgery and wouldn't be able to roast them immediately. They arrived a week early so all was good.”

“Although it took a few extra months to receive the green chilli/chicken tamales I’d ordered, they were worth the wait. Wow, they were very, very tasty! Not too spicy, or salty. Just perfect for a quick dinner! We didn’t even dress these up with any other spice or toppings. Really tasty! The next time we crave tamales, I will definitely order from Hatch.”

“Delivered to wrong house. Box opened & 1/4 of box chile removed. Specific instructions given for my address. Fortunately I was waiting for delivery alert & saw it was delivered to wrong house & then drove over to retrieve.”

“Hi Can’t say enough about these fine people. My order came in from them with the chilies relanos inside bag open and the dry ice gone. They were starting to defrost. I emailed them and they got back to me within the hour! That was fast. They credited me for that order and shipped a new order that came last night 11/18. They DID Not charge me for that order! Now that’s customer service Thank you Greg”

“We received our packages of green chile today. They were still frozen in an insulated container. We ordered medium (there was one 1 lb package of mild in the mix but it’s all good) and we’re anxious to start cooking! Once we were notified that our package was shipped, we received it in 2 days.
