“Been getting an order of the Hatch Chilies for the past several years. They are alway excellant in value, taste, and the heat in this years batch was perfect. I always get the frozen chopped one pound bags which is perfect for me. I would highly recommend Hatch Chilies as they are so very good and the Hatch Store Staff constantly updates you on the shipping process, availability, recipes, and what varieties of chillies are available. A must buy for sure!!!!”

Hi, Laura! Sometimes the hardest part of buying a ristra (or any icon of the Southwest) is simply where you're going to put them! Wreaths do look great on front doors, but you're right, this one suits your two-panel roman door! These are good problems to have 🤷‍♂️😁 Thanks for sharing your experience! The Hatch Chile Store

“We ordered green chile and a ristra. Both were amazing. The ristra is hanging in my kitchen and I use the chile for salsas, stews, rubs, and anything else I can think of. We love it!”

“Ordered Hot...got mild. Emailed your company expecting a fix...did not fix. My family is from Mesilla and have been eating Hatch chilie for 55 years. I was very dissapointed.”

“Tamales were flavorless. The chile rellanos were tough and contained to many seeds. I can buy better locally at 1/2 the price and have them delivered fresh and warm. Disappointed.”

Hi Gary, As a native New Mexican I know a fresh hot chile relleno or a fresh tamale is hard to beat. How did you prepared the tamales and rellenos? This can tremendously impact the flavor and texture of these products. The tamales should be steamed. The rellenos should be either pan fried, deep fried, or air fried.
