“Once again my order was perfect. I ordered frozen roasted chopped and was nervous not to order expedited deliver but I followed the advice on the website. My shipment arrived perfectly and complete frozen. Strongly recommend.”

“I sent a large bag of dried new crop red to a friend in Tennessee,she use to live here, and I have received thank you's from Her and her family. She says nothing compares to NM Chile. We use lot's of-- CHILI-- in our business.”

“I relocated from Albuquerque to Wisconsin in 1991 in after eating New Mexico green chile for 18 years! It was not until recently that I learned about the Hatch Chile Store and ordered the roasted green chile "hot". After eating the chile my husband had prepared in a green chile stew, I felt like I was right back at home. Simply delicious!!!”

“I was so excited about my order. And I was not dissapointed. My green chicken tamales were portioned just right. Just enough masa to chicken ratio. Absolutely delicious. My green chili relleno ....hmm melt in your mouth. So pleased.”

“We love to make a number of dishes using green chile from posole to a superb green chile sauce. Being able to get fresh Hatch Valley green chile while living in Maine posed a dilemma until we found The Hatch Chile Store. This year's two orders were perfect, nice size peppers which we easily roasted on the grill, bagged and peeled and put in the freezer within two hours to become some great dish on a winter night: what more would you want.”

“When my box arrived (my first), I literally applauded. Other than efficient delivery, it is so old-school in all the best ways. There is nothing else in the box, no plastic, no packaging ... just a big ol' box of gorgeous Hatch chiles tumbled in there. First-time customer, now life-time customer. The only misstep was mine. I didn't order anywhere close to the number of chiles I should have. So I wait for the next crop. Tick tock.”
