“Being a native New Mexican, I think my love for Hatch Chile began at birth. When I moved to Arizona in 2007, I knew I would still have access to Hatch Chile because my brothers and my father remained in New Mexico, and we made it a point to visit every year for the festival. However, when I moved to South Carolina almost a year ago, my FOMO (fear of missing out) kicked in. My siblings assured me they would send me care packages of Hatch products. Well, life gets busy, as life usually does, and my siblings dropped the ball. That's when I took matters into my own hands and placed an order myself and had it shipped to my door, and that's exactly what I did. I received my order from HOT Hatch Chile last week, and the Hatch Chile store did not disappoint. I am a happy camper with my tongue burning, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you, Hatch Chile”

“I ordered red tortillas which I intend to use for enchiladas. The shipment arrived in good condition and was packaged with care. The tortillas are very flavorful and slightly spicy, which I like. Looking forward to making my favorite enchiladas with these tortillas.”

“Love your products. Had a little bit of an issue with my last order. I saw the message that you were changing distribution locations and my order might take longer. I was ok with that. Placed the order. Several weeks later I had to go out of town so I e mailed for a status update. on the 31st I was told you expected to be caught up by the end of the following week. I left town and got an e mail the next day that my shippment was on the way. Showed up two days later. By the time I found someone to go get it and put it in their freezer we had lost the hatch chili rellenos because they didnt have room for it all and couldn't get in my house. not mad and still love your products just wish I had some better communication on delivery. Can't put everything on hold waiting on a delivery that I had no idea when it was coming.”

“Ordered a jar of red and a jar of green just to try. In a day the green is half gone. Truly the best Chile I have ever eaten. I'll be sending in a reorder real soon. And a couple jars to my son in Denver. Great stuff!”

“Great products. I just wish it wouldn’t take 2-3 weeks for any order to get to me. Even the jarred products. Aside from that, the chile’s are always fantastic and the sauces are better than any other that’s not homemade.”

“This is the first time I've ordered from Hatch Chile Store. My order was more than I expected. It was freezer packed already for me. I did not need to do that which I was expecting to need to separate the chiles and put them in freezer packs my self. Needless to say, I was 'pleased as punch'!! The chile is delicious. I'm sad I missed the red chile season. Next time. Thank you so very much. I will definitely buy again.”
